Sales Manager (Corporate segment)

• Experience in active sales & hospitality industry is an advantag
• Excellent communication‚ presentation & negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent English‚ both written and spoken
• Well developed computer skills particularly in use of MS Office; Fidelio or Opera is a plus
• University degree
• Russian citizenship  

• Develop and manage accounts within specific segments and markets on behalf of hotel
• Develop and achieve sales objectives for the priority channels and customers
• Analyze sales results and take corrective action where needed
• Identify and systematically map the potential customers inthe priority channels with clear estimates ofbusiness potential per customer for sales call prioritization/route-planning
• Actively search for new customers with the established KPIs accomplishment (cold calls‚ visits to new companies‚ presentations‚ site inspections)
• Maintain relations with existing clients and develop new client relationships
• Negotiate‚ make presentations‚ rate proposals‚ sign contracts
• Make surveys & and market analysis
• Control proper implementation of sales plan & target
• Conducting statistics & reports  

• Working schedule: 5\2
• Salary: 30.000-60.000 Rbl (fixed salary + bonuses)‚ social package‚ free meals
